Precision planetary reducers
The planetary reducers of the SERVOBOX family, SB version are a family of planetary reducers with the highest precision. These reducers are available in axial versions SB and bevel version SBL. The SB-A and SBL-A series in 2-stage versions are distinguished by the possibility of mounting a larger motor shaft. The version with a square flange and through holes in the planetary reducer allows for the installation of screws in the threaded holes of the machine body. Angular backlash s in the SB axial version are from ≤1 arcmin for one degree (i=3/10), from ≤3 arcmin for two degrees (i=15/100) and from ≤5 arcmin for three degrees (i=125/1000) *). In the SBL angle versions, the backlash is ≤2 arcmin for one degree (i=3/20) and ≤4 arcmin for two degrees (i=15/200).

The use of double bearings in the SF series gearboxes is of great importance in applications with slanted modular racks.
These gearboxes are available in axial versions SF and angular version SFL. The SF-A and SFL-A series in 2-stage versions are distinguished by the possibility of mounting a larger motor shaft.

The version with a rotating flange instead of the output shaft from the planetary reducer allows for screw mounting of modular wheels and rotating elements of the machine.
Reducers of this type will be used wherever there is a high risk of angular backlash on couplings.

FABREDUCER is an ideal solution wherever we need a planetary reducer with still good parameters, but much cheaper than the SERVOBOX planetary reducer.
