1. Access data and hosting

This serves to protect our legitimate interest in the correct presentation of our offer in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. In the context of data processing on our behalf, a third-party provider performs hosting and presentation services for us. All data that has been collected as part of the use of our website or in forms provided for this purpose in our online store is stored on the servers of this provider. Processing on other servers only takes place in the scope specified in this privacy policy. This provider is located in a country belonging to the European Union or the European Economic Area.

2. Collecting and processing data to perform the contract and create a customer account

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it to us when you place an order, contact us (e.g. via our contact form or via email) or create a customer account. Mandatory fields are marked as such because the data entered into these fields is necessary for us to fulfil the contract or process your enquiry or create your customer account. Without this data, we cannot complete your order or create a customer account or contact you. The data collected is determined by the forms used to enter the data. We use the data you provide to us in order to fulfil the contract and to answer your enquiries. After fulfilment of the contract or deletion of your customer account, we restrict the processing of your data and delete it after the expiry of the periods specified in tax and commercial regulations, unless you have given us your express consent to continue using this data or we reserve the right to use the data beyond this period, in which case we will inform you of this in this statement. Your customer account can be deleted at any time. To do this, please send a message to our contact address indicated in the section “Our contact details and your rights” or use the appropriate function in your customer account.

3.Data Transfer

In order to fulfil the contract, we transfer your company data to the courier company responsible for delivery, if it is necessary to deliver the ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you choose in the ordering process, we will transfer the collected payment data to the credit institution handling the payment and possibly to the payment service provider selected by us or by you. Some payment service providers collect data themselves if you set up an account with them. In such cases, you must log in to the payment service provider in the order process using your access data. The privacy policy of the respective payment service provider also applies in this case.

Transferring data to the courier company

If you give us your explicit consent during or after ordering, we will transfer your e-mail address and telephone number to the chosen courier company on this basis so that they can contact you before delivering the order in order to announce or agree on the delivery.

The above consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending us a message to our contact address indicated in the section "Our contact details and your rights" or by sending a message directly to the courier company at the contact address indicated below. After the withdrawal of the consent, we will delete the data provided for this purpose, unless you express a clear consent to further use of your data for other purposes or unless we reserve the right to further use of the data in legally permissible cases, which - in such a situation - we inform you of in this statement.

6. Advertising using e-marketing tools

We use Google Adwords to promote our website in search results and on third-party pages. To do this, a so-called Remarketing cookie from Google is automatically left on the device of each visitor when they visit our website, which, with the help of a pseudonymized identifier (ID) and based on the pages visited by you, enables the display of interest-based ads. This serves the protection of our legally justified interest in the optimal functioning of our website in the market - as part of analysis and assessment of interests.

Further processing of data only takes place when you have given Google consent to link browsing and app usage history to your account, and to use information from your Google account to personalize ads displayed on websites. If you are logged in during your visit to our website with the Google service, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target groups for remarketing purposes on different devices. For this purpose, Google temporarily combines your personal data with Google Analytics data to create target groups.

7.The use of social plugins

Our website uses so-called social plugins ("plugins") of social networks. When you display our website, which contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of Facebook, Google, YouTube. The content of the plugin is transmitted by the respective service provider directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, the service providers receive the information that your browser has called up our page, even if you do not have a profile with the respective

 service provider or are not logged in there. This information (together with your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to the server of the respective service provider (some of the servers are located in the USA) and stored there. If you are logged in to one of the social networks, the service provider can directly assign your visit to our page to your profile in the respective social network. If you use a plugin, e.g. click on the "Like" button or the "Share" button, the respective information will also be sent directly to the server of the respective service provider and stored there. The information will also be published in the respective social network and made visible to the people you have added as contacts.

The purpose and scope of data collection and further processing and use by the service providers, as well as the possibility of contact and your rights in this regard and the possibility of settings ensuring your privacy have been described in the service provider's privacy policy. If you do not want social networks to associate data collected during visits to our website directly with your profile in the respective service, then you must log out of that service before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent the loading of plugins on the page by using the appropriate extensions for your browser, e.g. blocking scripts with "NoScript" (http://noscript.net/).
