Linear servo motors
Linear servo motors are used in linear motion applications requiring speed, precision and the highest dynamics (accelerations over 10 G!). In addition, they are characterized by quiet and smooth operation in a very wide range of linear speeds from 1 μm/s to over 5 m/s. The linear motors of the ICH series generate a feed force of up to 12.7 kN. In combination with the AKD series servo drives, we can obtain a very precise linear drive with a very short positioning time.
