Solutions for the municipal and water-sewage industry

The municipal and water and sewage industries are not the same, they concern something else, but we will find several similarities or similarities - first of all, very difficult working conditions. If it is a municipal salt spreader, in which a geared motor with a DC motor is responsible for the operation of the spreader / dispenser, high humidity and an aggressive environment should be expected, so the drive we supply must be extremely resistant to this environment. However, if it is a sewage treatment plant or a garbage dump with a system of conveyor belts and automatic waste segregation, we can immediately assume that moisture, dirt, dust or corrosive substances will accompany the engine, transmission or other components supplied by us.

Therefore, guided by this knowledge and experience gained during many work, we select such solutions to meet the difficulties omnipresent in the municipal and water and sewage industry:

• our AC motors have IP55 protection as standard, and it can be higher (IP65, IP56, IP66, IP69),

• gearmotors are extremely solid - powerful bodies ensure special resistance to external factors,

• machine parts such as roller chains can be delivered in stainless steel or with special lubrication,

• trapezoidal screws working independently - or in a set of a complete screw jack provided by us, they can also be stainless or secured with special tubes and protective bellows,

• clamping sleeves also in stainless steel version,

• stainless gas springs,

• cast iron or aluminum claw couplings.
