Nadella telescopic guides
Nadella specializes in designing and manufacturing linear guides and roller bearings, grouped into families for heavy and light loads. These products are suitable for all applications where high speed and quiet operation are required, and the working environment is very aggressive. Most solutions allow for backlash compensation and misalignment compensation during guide installation. Additionally, many guides are available in stainless steel NX! Nadella linear guides can be supplied in lengths up to 6m as one section, can be cut and drilled to customer requirements, and for longer sections can be specially prepared for joining. Main fields of application for Nadella linear guides: robotics, motion systems and pick and place, packing, CNC machines, woodworking machines, assembly machines, measuring tools, electro-medical machines, printing machines.

Nadella telescopic guides
Nadella telescopic guides are available in different series, which are classified according to the degree of extension and load capacity. We divide them into: partial extensions (50-70%), full extensions (100%), guides for heavy loads and extended extensions (up to 200%). This results in a large number of possible configurations, depending on the stroke, height, load and available mounting space.
Simple product selection
Maximum load on the pair, desired stroke and available mounting length determine the product selection. Nadella telescopic guides are designed to have a high safety factor and minimal deflection in the extended state. This allows for smooth operation of the guides and ensures a high service life.
Surface protection and stainless steel
Nadella telescopic guides are always corrosion-protected. Standard steel receives a blue-coloured chrome plating. Other types of surfaces are also available, such as zinc plating or nickel plating. For applications in the food or shipbuilding sector, guides made of stainless steel marked NX are available.
Accessories and special features
In many applications, other functions are required in addition to linear motion. These can include locks, end dampers and limiters, as well as a two-way extension function.
