The ATLANTA lubrication system function is based on the piston lubricator principle. Once the operation is started, nitrogen is electronically generated through the highly functional construction, which moves the piston, causing 125 cm3 or 475 cm3 of lubricant to be released smoothly (not pulsating) under a constant pressure set to the selected dose. Depending on individual needs, the emptying time can be set to 1-2-3-6-12 or 8 months using the micro-switch. There is the possibility to adjust the amount of grease even after the start of work by changing the position of the micro-switch.
The transparent housing, which can be mounted in any position, allows for visual control of the available grease level at any time. When it is completely emptied, it can be refilled and reused. Only the nitrogen chamber and batteries need to be replaced. The cable allows for synchronization with the machine's operating time.
A connecting cable allows for additional power from an external source (3VDC). The power to the magnetic sensor is used to indicate the end position (empty tank) on the sensor or transmitted to the control unit.
The felt wheel is suitable for lubrication even in hard-to-reach places. It can be mounted in any position. The direction of the spiral is matched to the teeth of our output shafts and gears. Lubricant is supplied through the central mounting shaft
Grease is delivered using a hose. For dispensing grease/oil from the container to the lubrication point, hoses with a max. length of 1.5 m can be used for grease and hoses with a max. length of 5 m for oil. Greases from NLGI 00 to NLGI 0 can be metered. Since oil only offers a small resistance, we recommend the use of a check valve with 0.2 bar. It is available on request (art 65 91 025).
