As you know, a suitable driver is required to control a stepper motor. Our offer includes a wide selection of stepper motor drivers from simple miniature SR series drivers to advanced ST or STF series drivers with Modus, CANopen, Ethernet IP, EtherCAT, SCL communication and incremental encoder support. The controllers are powered by direct voltage - series SR, ST, STF or alternating voltage 110/230VAC - series SRAC and STAC. Noteworthy is the built-in internal motion controller - Q programmer, which allows you to program the motion sequence directly in the stepper motor controller. Thus, in many cases, the use of a master controller, e.g. a PLC, can be omitted. The controllers are additionally equipped with configurable digital and analog inputs/outputs I/O.

Sterowniki silników krokowych serii SRAC

SRAC series stepper motor drivers are simple but functional stepper motor drivers powered by 120/230VAC. The step-direction pulse signal from an external master controller is used to control the motor. Resolution in microstep operation up to 25600 steps/revolution set by switches. Maximum output current up to 8A. There are 3 digital inputs and 1 digital output at the user's disposal. SRAC controllers are available in three current versions: SRAC2 up to 2.5A, SRAC4 up to 4A and SRAC8 up to 8A. The maximum frequency of the control signal up to 2MHz.

All Technosoft drives are equipped with a built-in programmable motion controller, which enables the implementation of even complex tasks without the use of a master controller, e.g. PLC. What distinguishes iPOS drivers is their universality. One controller can handle motors of various types, so you can resign from keeping stocks for several types of controllers, tailored to different motors. The ST series are advanced drivers for stepper motors powered by 24-80VDC. They are available in two current versions: MSST5 with a current of up to 5A/phase and MSST10 with a current of up to 10A/phase. ST series controllers have extensive control options: pulse (step-direction), analog signal, built-in Qprogrammer motion controller, network communication: Modbus RTU, CANopen, Ethernet/IP, eSCL and a large number of inputs/outputs. Optionally, ST controllers can be adapted to support an incremental encoder. They enable microstep operation with a resolution of up to 51200 steps/revolution, set by software.

STAC series controllers are advanced stepper motor controllers, which, unlike the ST series, are powered by 120/230VAC. They have advanced motor current control functions, anti-resonance functions, stall prevention and detection functions, torque ripple smoothing function and microstepping emulation. The STAC series controllers have extensive control options: pulse (step-direction), analog signal, built-in Qprogrammer motion controller, network communication: Modbus RTU, CANopen, Ethernet/IP, eSCL and a large number of inputs/outputs. Optionally, ST controllers can be adapted to support an incremental encoder.

The STF series is a new series of advanced stepper motor drivers with EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, CANopen, Modbus, eSCL network communication in real time. The controllers can be powered with 12-70VDC. Output current up to 10A max. Micro-step operation with a resolution of up to 51200 steps/rotation set by software. All versions of the controllers have a built-in standard Qprogrammer (programmable motion controller) enabling independent operation of the motor, even without a master controller. The biggest advantages of the new series of SFT controllers include compact dimensions, advanced motor current control algorithms, on-line controller configuration via the network (RJ45 port), advanced anti-resonance and torque ripple smoothing functions.

SR drivers are simple, pulse-controlled stepper motor drivers powered by 24-75VDC. Output current up to 7.8A max. Controller configuration using dip switches and rotary switches. Possibility to operate 2-phase and 3-phase motors. The SR series controllers are characterized by compact dimensions. In particular, the SR3-mini, whose dimensions are only 63x46x28mm. SR series controllers are available in four current versions: SR3-mini up to 3A, SR2/SR2 PLUS up to 2.2A, SR4/SR4 Plus up to 4.5A, and SR8/SR8 Plus up to 7.8A.
