BLDC motors
Intecno BLDC motors and motoreducers have much better technical parameters than traditional brushed motors, and their service life is not limited by the brushes themselves. Standard BLDC motors can be rated at 12, 24, 36 or 48 VDC. Brushless motors are available in power ratings from 7 W to 660 W. Most motors are available with brake, encoder or IP66. Thanks to the built-in Hall sensors in the BLDC motor, it is possible to monitor the rotational speed of the brushless motor. We also offer a more compact solution - brushless motors with a built-in controller. This solution allows you to reduce the number of wires and save space in the control cabinet.

The BL series brushless motors are available in the power range from 3W to 300W and the supply voltage of 10V, 24V, 36V, 48V, 56VDC and with high-voltage winding 155VDC, 310VDC. Motors with a round and square flange are available, which will allow for even better adaptation to the application. IP40 protection as standard. There is a possibility of execution in IP65. Rated speed from 1800-4300 rpm. for square flange motors and 1500 – 11800 rpm for round flange motors. The features that distinguish the BL series motors are very high work dynamics, stable operation at low rotational speeds due to low cogging torque and high power density.
