TRS-F Compact Linear blocks

TRS-F compact blocks . Our extensive range of linear technology includes TBI MOTION linear guides and blocks, which are renowned for their high quality construction, rigidity and precision positioning. TBI MOTION guides and blocks are also used as replacements for products from other manufacturers such as HIWIN, PMI, SKF, etc. They are used in applications that require high precision, repeatability, smooth motion and high speed. Hardened and ground shafts with linear ball bearings provide an alternative to linear guides and blocks. Our linear technology will satisfy even the most advanced applications.

• TRS-F Flanged blocks have side tabs containing threaded mounting holes, however, the dimensions are smaller than the standard version. Bolts can be mounted from the top or bottom of the flange (short version has two holes, long version - four mounting holes).
• Sizes: From 15 to 45;
• Material - SCM420H steel with a hardness of approx. 58-64 HRC

The blocks come with clamps – mounted on one side of the block. It is possible to make blocks with different coatings such as chrome plating, phosphating, blackening, etc.
