AC10

Frequency converters (inverters) are used for stepless regulation of the rotational speed of AC motors in a wide speed range. They enable motor control based on advanced control algorithms.

The AC10 series frequency converters are compact converters dedicated to motors (up to 22kW). They are mainly used in simple applications such as fans, pumps, simple conveyors. Models are available with single-phase 1x230VAC (V/F and sensorless vector control) and three-phase 3x400VAC (U/F and sensorless vector control). They have a built-in potentiometer for easy speed adjustment. AC10 inverters are suitable for panel mounting, DIN rail mounting (using a dedicated adapter) and side mounting. The advanced cooling system allows for rapid heat dissipation, allowing AC10 inverters to operate in ambient temperatures up to 50°C without loss of performance. The drives can be mounted "side-by-side", which saves a lot of space in the control cabinet.

Easy network connection is possible thanks to the RJ-45 ports on the front panel. The drives can communicate in the Modbus protocol. AC10 drives have a built-in braking module, PID controller, stepping speeds and simple PLC functions. There is also an external LED keypad (ordered separately) for outputting the panel to the door of the control cabinet. The external keyboard is also used to copy parameters between inverters.

AC300

Frequency converters (inverters) are used for stepless regulation of the rotational speed of AC motors in a wide speed range. They enable motor control based on advanced control algorithms.

The AC300 series frequency converters are advanced converters dedicated to demanding and heavily loaded applications. They are available in the power range from 0.75kW to 710kW. They can support asynchronous and synchronous induction motors, as well as PMSM motors and electrospindles. There are several control modes to choose from: scalar V/F control, sensorless vector control and vector control with feedback. AC300 inverters provide speed, torque and position control. Side-by-side mounting saves a lot of space in the control cabinet.

Overload capacity up to 200% of rated torque from 0.0Hz with closed-loop vector control. Smooth operation with load from 0.01Hz. AC300 drives provide stable motor torque in torque control mode. The non-linearity is within 3%.

Inverters have a number of useful functions, including static and dynamic motor auto-tuning, dynamic braking, surge suppression, motor noise reduction using a random carrier frequency, energy saving functions, built-in protection functions, e.g. short-circuit protection, overload protection, protection against overvoltage, overheating, stalled motor, etc. The functionality of AC300 drives can be extended using dedicated expansion cards:

  • additional I/O input-output card (5xDI, 1xHSDI 50kHz, 1xDO, 3xRO 3A/240VAC, 1x temperature input),
  • synchronization card,
  • encoder card (support for many types of encoders),
  • PLC card (realization of logical functions and function blocks directly from the inverter level),
  • CANopen, EtherNet, PROFINET, PROFIBUS-DP, MODBUS, GPRS communication cards.
