The intelligent controllers of the Technosoft iPOS line are based on an innovative modular design. Characterized by compact dimensions, favorable price and the ability to control the position, speed and torque of various types of DC motors, including brushed DC motors, brushless BLDC and PMSM motors, linear motors, or 2- and 3-phase stepper motors in an open or closed feedback loop. They support various types of feedback, e.g. digital and linear Hall sensors, incremental encoders (also sin-cos and encoders with BiSS/SSI protocol), resolvers, tachogenerators, etc. The user has at his disposal programmable digital inputs and outputs, analog inputs, and additionally also STO (Safety Torque Off) inputs ). Solutions with CANopen, TMLCAN and EtherCAT communication are available. The maximum continuous current supported is 100A (140A peak).

All Technosoft drives are equipped with a built-in programmable motion controller, which enables the implementation of even complex tasks without the use of a master controller, e.g. PLC. What distinguishes iPOS drivers is their universality. One controller can handle motors of various types, so you can resign from keeping stocks for several types of controllers, tailored to different motors. You don't need to know many programs to configure the controller, just one powerful yet intuitive EasyMotion Studio tool.

miControl

miControl controllers are a universal solution for controlling brush and brushless DC motors in a wide range of power. They are distinguished by compact dimensions, the ability to work in a wide temperature range from -40 degrees C to +55 degrees C and network communication in the popular CAN, CANopen, EtherCAT and PROFINET protocols. Quick wiring is ensured by dedicated spring and plug connectors. Panel mount and quick DIN rail mount drivers are available. Maximum supported continuous current up to 70A (225A peak). Operating voltage range 9 - 60 VDC.

All miControl controllers have a programmable single-axis motion controller, thanks to which in simple applications there is no need to use additional master controllers, e.g. PLC controllers. Programming is done in Phyton language.

mcDSA controllers are available in three series:

  • B series (basic) - smaller motors (up to 10A continuous current), no encoder support, only CANopen communication
  • E series (universal) - small and large motors (up to 60A continuous current), encoder support, autotuning, CANopen, EtherCAT, PROFINET communication, optional STO
  • F series (premium) - support for motors d0 70A continuous current (225A peak), encoder support, autotuning, STO, CANopen, EtherCAT and PROFINET communication

- mcTools - a program that allows quick start-up and parameterization of miControl devices without programming knowledge. Currently, the mcTools program is part of the mPLC and is installed with it.

- mPLC - a programming environment in which Python scripts can be executed. mPLC also has a CAN monitor (allows sending and receiving raw CAN messages) and a terminal (allows communication through the serial port)

Intecno

BLD07-IT, BLD15 and BLD65 XL-20/30/40 brushless motor controllers are designed to control BLDC motors with power from several dozen watts to 2120W and supply voltage from 12 to 48VDC. They enable control of motors equipped with standard Hall sensors and an additional incremental encoder. Drivers have built-in functions, including motor torque control, motor current and speed monitoring, coasting braking. For simple applications, the speed can be adjusted with a potentiometer. In the case of advanced applications, BLD controllers can be controlled by a differential signal by a superior control system, e.g. a PLC controller.

Transtecno

The PLN series controllers are simple controllers dedicated to controlling brushed DC motors with a voltage of 12V to 24VDC. They are available in two power ranges: PLN20 for motors with a rated current of up to 20A (up to 480W) and PLN40 for motors with a rated current of up to 40A (up to 960W). The PLN series controllers have built-in potentiometers to set the acceleration and deceleration ramp times in the range of 0.5-10 seconds and a current limiting potentiometer. They enable motor rotation control using an analog 0-10 VDC signal or an external 5-10 kΩ potentiometer.

They are designed to work in temperature from 0°C to +40°C. They have a built-in temperature sensor that protects the motor from overheating. The controllers should be protected with glass fuses with a current of 150-200% of the rated motor current!
