Modular racks

Teethed/modular racks are one of the classic mechanical elements for transmitting linear motion. They are widely used, especially in the engineering industry, in drives with high travel speeds and long working lengths. The standard offer includes teethed/modular gears with rectilinear teething, with an angle of obiquity of 20 degrees, in the M1 - M6 module. The gears are available with or without a hub and work integrally with the racks. The gears are heat treatable.

In addition to standard teethed racks, we also offer modular teethed racks from ATLANTA Antriebssysteme E. Seidenspinner GmbH & Co. KG. Precision hardened and ground racks with straight and helical teething (helical racks), teethed racks with a round profile (round racks), as well as stainless steel racks.
