The Industry 4.0 revolution practically demands increasingly closer and stronger integration of industry and manufacturing with the IT world, the global network, and advanced data transmission and processing systems. • intelligent, advanced edge controllers “5 in 1” GroovEpic, which enable easy data exchange with the global network while maintaining the highest level of security (two independent and isolated Ethernet ports, built-in firewall, SLS and TLS encryption, VPN communication, user authentication, etc.). The GroovEpic controller can serve as a PLC, PAC, or even an industrial computer. It is also equipped with a touch HMI panel, HDMI port, USB ports, and an SD card. Fast data exchange is achieved via MQTT broker and NODE-RED. GroovEpic also bridges the automation and IT worlds from a programming perspective. The controller can be programmed using automation-friendly software like CodeSys, creating strategies with PAC or using high-level languages like Java, C#, C++, Python, etc. The revolutionary GroovEpic allows replacing five devices with just one, making the system simpler and more cost-effective;
• configurable I/O modules – the GroovRio system, equally revolutionary and beneficial as GroovEpic; GroovRio completely changes the way we think about I/O modules. The user has access to discrete inputs and outputs, analog and temperature inputs and outputs, relay outputs… fully configurable, offering over 61,000 combinations. Data, like in GroovEpic, can be directly published to the IT network via MQTT and Node-RED. It can also be stored in the device’s memory or on a USB drive. The module can connect to any device communicating via Modbus TCP, REST API, or OptoMMP. It features a built-in VPN client. Thanks to GroovRIO, we can connect I/O to databases, HMI panels, SCADA systems, data clouds, and IoT platforms via the built-in Node-RED environment. And that’s just a part of the capabilities of this unassuming device…
• HMI – high-quality operator panels from the Taiwanese brand Novakon, ideal for both traditional industrial applications and those outside industry (e.g., building automation, vending machines, entertainment, e-kiosks, etc.). The high-quality hardware in Novakon devices is complemented by ergonomic and efficient iFace Designer software;
• industrial PCs (IPC), industrial displays and monitors, handhelds, and tablets from the Taiwanese brand Winmate, operating in Windows environments and characterized by the highest possible build quality, including ATEX solutions or those for the medical industry.
