AC servo amplifiers
The M3 is a new series of servo amplifiers from MOONS' with power up to 2kW and a supply voltage of 1/3x230VAC. The M3 servo amplifiers support both incremental encoder motors and absolute encoder motors with 17-bit and 20-bit resolutions with and without battery backup. They are equipped with a range of new safety features, including dynamic braking and safe torque off (STO SIL 2, PL d). In addition, real-time auto-tuning and advanced anti-resonance filters make it easier to parameterize drives and minimize the required deployment time. The M3 servo amplifiers can be equipped with a standard 50-pin I/O connector or a 26-pin spring connector for easy electrical connection.
In the M3 series servo amplifiers, a built-in programmable motion controller (Qprogrammer) is standard, which allows the user to write a program directly into the servo amplifier. This relieves the master controller (e.g. PLC) or in single-axis systems completely eliminates the need for it.The M3 series servo drives support communication in EtherCAT, CANopen and Modbus RTU protocols.For programming and parameterizing the M3 series servo drives, the new MOONS' Luna software is used.This software is characterized by a user-friendly interface with a tree structure, with the possibility of working on multiple windows at the same time. Mechanical system analysis functions (such as FFT analysis, Bode plots) and a comprehensive multi-channel oscilloscope significantly facilitate and speed up the drive startup process, even in the most advanced applications.

MOONS' M2DV series servo drives are easy to configure and functional low-power drives (up to 750W) designed for a wide range of automation systems. They can be powered by single-phase 1x 200-230VAC or three-phase 3x 230VAC. They allow control by step-direction pulse signal, analog signal or one of the communication protocols: EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, CANopen, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, eSCL. They are suitable for controlling brushless servomotors equipped with incremental encoders 2500cpr (up to 10,000 imp./rev.)
Particular attention should be paid to the built-in programmable motion controller (Qprogrammer), which allows you to write a program directly in the servo amplifier. This allows for the relief of the master controller (e.g. PLC) or in single-axis systems complete abandonment of its use.

The AKD Basic series servo drives have all the features of the AKD series servo drives plus an integrated programmable motion controller in BASIC. Programming is done using the integrated free programming environment. Thanks to the huge functionality of the AKD BASIC series servo drives, there is no need to use external PLC controllers. This reduces the design time, the amount of cabling and the mounting space in the control cabinet. It enables the execution of complex processes with high efficiency.
